Large BOC plume in groundwater is migrating from Boeing Field to Duwamish Waterway. Boeing had been working within Ecology's Voluntary Cleanup Program. Ecology has agreed the site is too big, too significant for voluntary cleanup. This investigation, to culminate in an EE/CA, is to address a significant source of groundwater release to the Lower Duwamish Waterway Superfund site.
