The facility voluntarily disclosed to U.S. EPA that it failed to file EPCRA TRI Form Rs with U.S. EPA and the State of Wisconsin for chromium, copper, mangangese and nickel for the 2000 to 2005 reporting years, inclusive; for cobalt for the 2000, 2001, 2002, 2004, and 2005 reporting years; and for lead for the 2001 to 2005 reporting years, inclusive.
