Violations: 1. Failure to post Storm Water Construction General permit certification, copy of the Notice of Intent letter, and a brief description of the project. 2. Failure to have all site operators sign and certify Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). 3. Failure to have a description of the intended sequence of major activities which disturb soils for majors portions of the site in the SWPPP.
