The 2010 CD resolves an action filed against 2 individuals and their company for violation of the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act (not paying monies owed to EPA under a 2001 CD). The corporate officers personally benefitted by transferring money from the company to themselves by paying themselves excessive salaries. As a result, the company did not have any funds left to pay EPA under the 2001 CD. This CD, entered on September 14, 2010, resolves this action, EA# 02-1993-0170 and EA# 02-2007-0010.
