Upon reviewing the results of an audit done on 12/14/2005, Federal Mogul determined that errors had been made in their TRI and EPCRA 312 submissions. Regarding EPCRA 312, they failed to report foundry sand (containing silica - threshold of 10,000 lbs). The consensus was reached on 1/4/2006 to correct the Form R and to update their Tier II report.
