Failure to post the Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP) certification, copy of the Notice of Intent (NOI) confirmation letter, and a brief description of the project, including permit number, were not posted at the construction site. 2. Failure to adequately maintain rock ditch dams and silt fencing along the south perimeter of the site. 3. Failure to have adequately sized sediment basins at the northeast area of the site.
