CASA DI FERRO, INC. (NMU000709): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department on February 16, 2007. At that time it was determined that the site was not covered under the NPDES Storm Water Multi-Section General Permit for Industrial Activities. Nor had a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan been developed. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
