This Administrative Order is issued to Moose Enterprises for violations at the Dornan's Moose Lodge. The violations consist of failure to monitor for total coliform (routine and additional routine); exceeding the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria; and failure to notify the public and EPA of the violations.
