Failure to post the Storm Water Construction General Permit certification, a copy of the Notice of Intent confirmation letter, and a brief description of the project including the permit number at the construction site. 2. Failure to adequate stabilization practices installed at the construction site. 3. Failure to have adequately-sized sediment basins at the east and west side of the site.
