AgroKey failed to immediately report a release of 4220 lbs of ammonis to the NRC, the Indiana SERC, and the Jasper County LEPC. They also failed to submit a complete written follow-up report to the SERC and LEPC as soon as practical following the release. The release occurred on May 9, 2005.
