Order was issued to the Boston and Maine Corporation (B&M) for its failure to submit an amended Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) that met the requirements of its NPDES Permit. The Order further cites B&M for its failure to annually monitor Whole Effluent Toxicity and Priority Pollutants discharged from its process water discharge and its failure to submit annual monitoring of its storm water discharges. The Order requires B&M to modify its SWPPP to comply with the requirements of its NPDES Permit and requires it to submit the stormwater monitoring specified in its NPDES Permit.
