This Adminstrative Order is issued to the Roman Catholic Bishop of Great Falls and St. Labre Indian School, owners and operators of the Pretty Eagle School, for violations at the Pretty Eagle School. These violations consist of failure to monitor for lead and copper, failure to monitor for nitrate, failure to provide public notice, and failure to notify EPA of the violations.
