This is a Judicial Referral pursuant to CERCLA. The Complaint will seek cost recovery from Valley Wood Preserving, Inc. for past and future response costs and implementation of the Remedial Design and Remedial Action (RD/RA) for the Valley Wood Preserving Superfund site. Defendant is the current owner and former operator of this now defunct wood preserving facility.
