EPA and ATC entered into a corporate-wide auditing agreement whereby ATC agreed to audit over 12,500 facilities in the U.S. pursuant to EPA's Audit Policy. This is a resolution of violations of EPCRA sections 302, 303, 311, and 312 at ATCÂs facilities. The violations of EPCRA related to notification and reporting requirements for the presence of sulfuric acid, lead, propane, diesel fuel and or/ethylene glycol at ATCÂs facilities. The penalty in this matter is $34,849.
