This is an Administrative Order on Consent (AOC) pursuant to CWA Section 309(a), 33 U.S.C. Section 1319(a) issued to Baldwin Contracting Company Inc. The violation involves discharge of dredged and/or fill material into waters of the U.S. The Order directs restoration of the impacted wetlands, creation of new wetlands, gravel augmentation to Stony Creek, and removal of invasive species within the Stony Creek watershed.
