This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA Section 313 issued to BJB Enterprises, Inc. (Brian Stransky, President) for self-disclosed violations involving the failure to timely submit Toxic Chemical Release Inventory reporting forms for diisocyanates and mercury compounds processed for calendar years 2001 through 2003. Respondent self-disclosed the violations and pursuant to the Small Business Compliance Policy, Respondent met all criteria for 100% penalty mitigation. Therefore, the calculated penalty of $76,770 is mitigated to zero dollars.
