This is an administrative action pursuant to CERCLA 120E pertaining to the McClellan Air Force Base in California. The United States Air Force has entered into a federal facilities agreement with the Environmental Protection Agency and California Department of Toxic Substance Control (DTSC). The agreement provides for the investigation and cleanup of McClellan Air Force Base which is on the National Priorities List (NPL) and is a part of the base realignment and closure (BRAC) program.
