An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Walt Olson, manager of Tri-State Feeders, Inc., for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act, specifically, the improper handling of animal wastes. Respondent submitted to the EPA a written report describing an April 14, 2007, discharge from the animal waste retention structure into SharpÂs Creek. This Order requires the development of a plan for proper waste storage to prevent further similar discharges.
