The facility has an on-site sanitary system which consist of at least two cesspools, used for the injection of embalming waste fluids, as well as sanitary bathroom waste fluids. The facility also has a large capacity cesspool, used for the injection of sanitary bathroom waste fluids. The facility has not applied for a permit or closure of the cesspools, thereby continuing to inject substances which may endanger the USDW. The violations must be addressed and compliance achieved.
