The above mentioned respondent has a septic system for disposal of untreated sanitary waste fluids. This system was observed during an EPA inspection to be failing. The system may cause contamination of the aquifer underlying Coral Bay area, in St. John, Virgin Islands. The Respondent is required to submit an injection well permit application, including a remediation plan.
