## Summary

On September 28, 2006, U.S. EPA issued Steel Dynamics, Inc. (SDI) a Notice and Finding of Violation (NOV/FOV) for violating the New Source Performance Standards, construction permits and the Indiana State Implementation Plan (SIP).
