This is a Federal Facilities Agreement between the United States Department of the Air Force, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (Region 9), and the Guam Environmental Protection Agency. The agreement covers the Andersen Air Force Base Superfund Site in Guam. Andersen AFB is a federal facility that was placed on the National Priorities List on October 14, 1992. The Air Force is addressing the cleanup of contamination at the base under EPA oversight pursuant to the Federal Facilities Agreement as signed on March 30, 1993.
