This is an administrative penalty action utilizing an expedited settlement (field citation) pursuant to RCRA. A field citation was issued to Cameron Shell for failing to: 1) conduct leak detection monitoring for piping; 2) conduct annual tests of line leak detectors; and 3) maintain records of release detection monitoring.
