EPA has determined that Crown Roll Leaf, Inc.(Crown) is in violation of the National Emission Standards for Printing and Publishing, 40 C.F.R. Part 63, Subpart KK. This Compliance Order requires Crown to, among other things, submit to EPA an initial MACT notification and a Notification of Compliance Status, and to stack test.
