This is an Administrative Penalty Action pursuant to EPCRA Section 313 issued to U.S. Greenfiber LLC. The violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release reporting Forms required under EPCRA Section 313 for zinc compounds in the years 2001 through 2003. The Respondent self-disclosed this omission on 04/21/05, but, subsequently, failed to qualify for Audit Policy relief.
