The case settles violations of the Clean Water Act - Oil Pollution Act resulting, including an oil spill at the Woods Facility, and failure to implement SPCC plans at three facilities; a pretreatment violation under the CWA; and a Underground Storage Tank violation under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act.
