On October 25, 2005, Telegenix, Inc., disclosed possible violations to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) pursuant to EPA's Small Business Compliance Policy [FRL-6576-4] (known as the Small Business Policy ), effective May 11, 2000. In the disclosure, Telegenix, Inc., located at 1930 Olney Ave. in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, indicated that it had failed to file Form R reports in a timely manner for lead for reporting years 2001 thru 2004, in violation of 40 CFR Part 372.
