Section 104 Litigation for Site Access. We obtained a Warrant for access to conduct a removal assessment at the Site from the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois on May 31, 2007, and conducted the Site Assessment in June of 2007. (We also submitted a written inventory to the Court after conducting the assessment, pursuant to the terms of the Warrant.
