This is an administrative order (AO) for compliance pursuant to SDWA issued to South Mountain Water Company. The violation involves failure to meet the requirements of the Stage 2 Disinfectant and Disinfection Byproducts Rule (Stage 2 DBPR). Respondent was required to submit a standard monitoring plan (SMP) for TTHMs and HAA5 or a system specific study (SSSP) to EPA and the State by April 1, 2007. Respondent violated Stage 2 DBPR by failing to submit either a SMP or a SSSP to EPA and State by April 1, 2007. This AO requires the Respondent to submit the SMP or SSSP to EPA and State by Oct. 29, 2007.
