This is an administrative compliance order (AO) pursuant to SDWA issued to Signal Peak Water Company, Casa Grande, Pinal County, AZ. The violation involves failure to meet the requirements of the Stage 2 Disinfectant and Disinfection Byproducts Rule (Stage 2 DBPR). Respondent was required to submit a standard monitoring plan (SMP) for TTHMs and HAA5 or a system specific study (SSSP) to EPA and the State by April 1, 2007. Respondent violated Stage 2 DBPR by failing to submit either a SMP or a SSSP to EPA and State by April 1, 2007. This AO requires the Respondent to submit the SMP or SSSP to EPA and State by Oct. 29, 2007.
