This Expedited Settlement Agreement and Final Order is issued to Brannan Sand & Gravel for failure to timely file completed emergency and hazardous chemical inventory forms (Tier II) for gasoline, diesel fuel, asphalt emulsion, asphalt and silica sand and aggregate for the years 2004, 2005, and 2006.
