The violation involves failure to comply with temporary closure requirements for a tank system after one year including emptying tanks of product, release detection and cathodic protection. The Order directs Respondent to remove fluid/sludge in the tank and repair the cathodic protection system. Two citations were withdrawn, bringing down the penalty to $150.
