This Complaint and Notice of Opportunity for Hearing is issued to the Highway 8 Convenience Store for failure to monitor for leak detection every 30 days; failure to perform monthly monitoring on pressurized piping; failure to comply with financial responsibility requirements; and failure to operate and maintain corrosion protection continuously as required by Federal regulations.
