This Administrative Order is issued to Irene Brooks, owner of the Goose Egg Inn, for failure to collect quarterly samples for total coliform; failure to report to EPA total coliform analytical results within the first 10 days of the end of the monitoring period; failure to post public notice; and failure to report these violations to EPA.
