System failed to comply with the requirements of the Consumer Confidence Rule and failed to comply with the Administrative Order (Docket No. SDWA-02-2007-8037) issued by EPA on May 29, 2007. The Complainant requests that a penalty of $6000 be assessed against this public water supply system for these violations. The Respondent accepted an offer with a reduced penalty on the condition that compliance was achieved.
