This Administrative Order is issued to the Town of Neihart for exceeding a combined filter effluent turbidity manimum limit; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to monitor for lead and copper; failure to monitor for turbidity; failure to monitor for residual disinfectant concentration; failure to prepare and deliver a Consumer Confidence Report for calendar years 2004, 2005 and 2006; failure to provide public notice of the violations; and failure to notify the State of the violations.
