Violation: Respondent's brine disposal facility was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of the US. The facility is located in the Southeast Quarter of Section 5, Township 18 North, Range 7 East, Creek Co., OK. The facility was inspected by the EPA on January 15, 2008. The impacted water body was a tibutary of the Cimarron River.
Relief: A cease and desist Administrative Order (AO) is being issues. The AO is reqiring the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants from the facility; remove the brine from the impacted water body; and to submit written certification.
