Violation: Respondent's flow line was a point source discharge of pollutants to waters of US. The violation was cited during an EPA inspection conducted on February 14, 2008. A flow line transporting brine dicharged brine to a tributary of East Bitter Creek.
Relief: An Administrative Order is being issued to the Respondent to cease all discharges of pollutants; to remove the brine from the impacted water body; to remove the brine from the drainage in between the point source and the impacted water body; and to submit written certification.
