Inspection found that facility did not conduct cathodic protection test on sacrifical anodes and did not do annual test for automatic line leak detectors. Field citation II-UST-FC-329EC was issued for violations of 40 CFR 280.31(b); failure to ensure proper cathodic protection system and 40 CFR 280.44(a) failure to provide adequate lien leak detection system for underground piping. Tests were subsequently done and facility passed.
