On 2/8/08 EPA recd a Notice of Arrival of Pesiticides and Devices from Randall Bull of MG MMaher. The import broker for Makhteshim Agan of North America who was trying to import 61574 kg of parazone 3SL *EPA Reg No 66222-130). Label review during the inspection revealed that the product had 2 EPA establishment numbers on the label. Because of this problem, the product is being placed under a stop order sale. The product was released under bond to Inland Empire Distribution, 1211 East St. Helens, Pasco, Washington 99301 and will be held until the problem is fixed.
