An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Kirk Meacham, owner of Meacham Farms, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. The violations were identified based on the review of the Environmental Protection AgencyÂs inspection conducted on April 26, 2007. The violations found consist of inadequate records kept in the Pollution Prevention Plan (PPP). Effective upon receipt of this Order Meacham Farms shall take immediate actions to update and maintain all required documentation in the PPP.
