This agreement and order on consent for certain remedial activities by Bona Fide Prospective Purchaser is voluntarily entered into by and between the United States on behalf of the Environmental Protection Agency and Target Corporation under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980.
