Joint inspection with Fairfax County personnel. No NPDES permit. An erosion and sediment management plan was approved and implemented for most of site. During inspection, erosion scars evident on western discharge location of site. Sediment in creek starting at discharge point, but not upstream. Stream bed below discharge was wider by several feet and covered with 2-3 inches of mud.
An Expedited Settlement was used for the penalty.
