'Facility was issued an UST Field Citation for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.21(a): failure to upgrade substandard USTs by required deadline; 40 CFR 280.31(d): failure to maintain records of cathodic protection inspectios; 40 CFR 280.43(a): inadequate operation or maintenance of inventory control; 40 CFR 280.44(a) failure to conduct annual test of the operation of ALLD; and 40 CFR 280.44(b) failure to conduct line tightness test for underground piping system. The facility paid the penalty and submitted documentation demonstrating that a Veeder Root release detection system has been installed in order to monitor the USTs, and records are now being kept of the cathodic protection inspections.'
