'This is an Administrative Compliance Order pursuant to the Clean Water Act issued to Asarco. The violation involves discharge of primarily copper laden stormwater runoff and process water discharge to ephemeral tributaries of the Santa Cruz river near Tucson in violation of the facilities Multi Sector General Permit for Industrial Activity, Sector G.
