Settling Respondents intend to re-develop and improve the Site at their own cost and operate an electrical contractor business on the property. The Parties agree to undertake all actions required by the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The action was in response to several hundred deteriorating drums at the site containing leaking hazardous or ignitable waste (primarily paint and solvent) and posing a risk of fire or explosion.
