**RELIEF: 1) Within thirty days, the Permittee shall take corrective action to eliminate and prevent recurrence of the violations; 2) Within thirty days, submit written report detailing specifi actions taken; and 3) If complete correction of the violations is not possible within thirty days, submit comprehensive plan to do so.'
