'The facility was inspected on Dec. 29, 2000, July 27, 2001 and Jan. 30, 2002 and the following violations were found: 40_CFR 265.1085(c)(1)-Failure to determine maximum vapour pressure; 40_CFR 265.1057(a)-Failure to monitor valves on a monthly bases; 40_CFR 265.1064(k)(3) - Failure to have records to determine exemption from Subpart BB; 40_CFR 265.1064(g)(6)-Failure to comply with Air Emissions regulations or failure to have a list of equipment used for less than 300 hours.
