This is an AO pursuant to CAA 133 (a)(3) issued to Gallo Cattle Company. The alleged violation involves venting / recordkeeping violations of the Stratospheric Ozone Protection regulations. The Order directs Gallo to maintain records of leak repair to appliances used in their dairy farms with greater than 50 lb charges of Class I and Class II ozone depleting substances.
