The facility was inspected during the NJDEP/EPA Camden Enforcement Strike of Oct. 3-9, 2002. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-488, in the amount of $150, for violation of 40 CFR 280.45, failure to maintain records of release detection monitoring. The facility corrected this violation by providing the required compliance documentation during the inspection.
